Rekorderlig Fika Pop-Up!
Sydney-siders can experience one of Sweden’s most treasured traditions firsthand at a unique Rekorderlig Fika Pop-Up in The Rocks. Embodying the true nature of Swedish tradition, culture and history, the five Swedish food offerings include Sema buns, St Lucia Scrolls with Rekorderlig Spiced Apple Cider Compote, Meatballs in a Rekorderlig Dry Apple Cider Sauce and a Swedish Smorgasbord. The pop-up will be open to the public on Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday of 10-13 June with exclusive fika and cocktail masterclasses taking place throughout the week at the Rocks’ Fine Food Store.
