Sexual Violence Won’t Be Silenced

When 23 year old Sydney woman Olivia Menvile had her Drake-quoting Tinder bio screenshotted and posted on Facebook, she found herself subject to appalling online abuse and slut-shaming. She wasn’t cool with that. After a death threat and a law suit (which she won), Olivia and a bunch of mates/legends started SVWBS, to help stop sexist micro-aggressions and pervasive sexism in social and work settings. Tonight, SVWBS presents SHAMELESS: a night of music performed by awesome women, in a safe space free from gross groping, while raising $ for Inidigenous victims of domestic violence. YAS, QUEENS.
