Shadowed By A Roadside

Shadowed By A Roadside is the debut solo exhibition from outstanding UK photographer Simon Hewson.

The images are taken in rural towns in New South Wales, with a strong focus on the boom?towns and forgotten communities that have been bypassed by new, major roads and industry.

Hewson’s work breathes beauty into the rusty, industrial and forgotten minutiae of these lonely towns.

Showing at Gaffa Gallery from 27th January- 7th February 2012. Opening night 27th January, 6-8pm.
