Talk: A love of landscapes & libraries
If we think of the much-quoted line by Cicero ‘If you have a garden and a library, you have everything you need’, Richard Clough led a fortunate life. His garden was large – landscapes that enhanced the lives of the people that lived in them. His libraries were carefully assembled with pleasure and then shared with equal satisfaction.
This talk by Colleen Morris, will be a very personal view of the contribution of Richard Clough to Australian garden history through his love of books and history.
