As the city turns red to celebrate the 2019 Lunar New Year celebrations, AYAM™, Australia’s number one leading Asian food brand, will be offering Sydneysiders and festival-goers one dynamic and inspiring culinary journey.

Launching on Friday 1 February until 2 February, featuring AYAM™’s famous Zodiac Roulette Tuk Tuk and legendary food truck.

Serving up a selection of authentic Asian flavours, crowds can enjoy AYAM™ Malaysian Beef Rendang, AYAM™ Chicken Satay Sticks, AYAM™ Chilli Jam Stir Fry and AYAM™ Sago Dessert priced at just $5 each, with a refreshing Coconut Water for $1.
