Coeliac disease and gluten intolerance are becoming more common, but fear not, there are lots of delicious ways to substitute wheat today. In this week’s class we will talk about different gluten-free grains and how to turn them into amazing recipes. Whether you’re coeliac, intolerant or not, it’s always good to have a couple of good gluten free recipes up your sleeve.

This week: Summer Veggie Risotto with Lemon oil, Pan-seared Diver Scallops, Quinoa Salad with Kale, Shaved Fennel, Heirloom Cherry Tomatoes, Goat Curd and Mint Salsa Verde, and Moroccan Almond Macaroons.
