Twilight Tour – Polio then and Now

Guest speakers, Dr Nick Dorsch and Barbara Dorsch will discuss the treatment of patients in the era when people suffered from the disease and required prolonged care and rehabilitation. Former Lord Mayor of Sydney, Dough Sutherland AM, will share his experience of post-Polio Syndrome an after effect suffered by people who had polio when they were younger. The Talk and Tour will commence from 6.30pm to 9pm. Bookings are essential on 9387 4412. This local community event is presented by Randwick City Council and the Prince Henry Hospital Trained Nurses Association.
