Valley of Light

Re-imagine Centennial Parklands’s Federation Valley as a Valley of Light.

We invite you to a free one-hour public light experience using 100 individual lights of various colours. You will help to create magnificent luminous tunnels, stunningly bright ribbons and spectacular rings of light under the direction of master light painter Peter Solness. As part of a public art experience, you will be immersed in the atmospherics of a large-scale, fluid light event. Come and learn the effects of long exposure photography and how it can create other-worldly renditions.
