Waverley Talks: Getting Away With Murder
More than 80 men died or disappeared in NSW from the late 70s to early 90s, many of them brutally bashed to death or thrown off beach side cliffs, in an epidemic of gay-hate crimes. 30 of these cases remain unsolved. In his new book, Getting Away with Murder, author Duncan McNab asks why?, as he lifts the lid on a police culture of looking the other way, negligence and in some cases, outright homophobia.
Duncan McNab is a former police detective, private investigator, investigative journalist, media adviser and the author of nine books.
