Women of Craft: NAIDOC at Barangaroo
Women of Craft celebrates Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander women and their distinctive role in knowledge sharing, teaching and community life.
The one-day event showcases Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander skills and traditions from cooking demonstrations and food tastings to workshops for basket weaving and shell making jewellery, plus plenty of interactive workshops for the kids – there will also be a large communal fire pit to enjoy and a chance to meet dingoes from Bargo Dingo Sanctuary.
All workshops and activities are free. Drop-in on the day and reserve a place in your preferr
