Yoga Jam at Bondi Pavilion

Lift your winter game with a yoga, live music and dynamic dance class overlooking the waves at Bondi Pavilion.

BodyMindLife has teamed up with Sydney drummers Soul Drummer for a morning of live beats, house music and a dynamic yoga flow for all levels, led by BodyMindLife instructors Noelle Connolly and Christian Ralston.

There’ll be good vibes all around with Saul Smith and Emilia Rose of Soul Drumming kicking off the event with an interactive dance and drum performance, followed by a playful sequence taught on the mat.
