Are you ready to dance your way to a healthier, fitter, happier you? With this 10-week beginners’ course it’s easy to get started. You’ll learn the basics of lots of dance styles, groove along to upbeat world music, make friends, sweat, and feel fabulous!

– no need to be fit already: we work it up gradually and you choose the level of intensity
– it’s OK to have two left feet: step by step instruction from an experienced dance teacher
