Play Day on the Mall
Spring is finally upon us, and if you’re looking for something to keep your kids entertained for a day as the weather warms up, be sure to take them down to Oxford Street Mall, Bondi Junction on Saturday, September 24 from 10am to 2pm for Play Day on the Mall.
This popular event is even bigger and better this year and will involve plenty of activities to keep whole family occupied, including face painting, kids craft, puppet and rabbit shows, storytelling and sing-a-longs, and a visit from the of Bondi Rescue lifeguards and the St. George Happy Dragon.
There will also be kids clothing, toys and book markets, as well as fun rides and food at bargain prices. Kids will receive a free show-bag full of goodies and special offers from local businesses and adults can fill out the survey available to go into the draw to win a fabulous prize.
There’s two-hour free parking in the Westfield car park as well as 1-hour free parking beneath the Eastgate Shopping Centre, both of which are adjacent to the mall, plus the bus and rail interchanges provide direct access to the mall, so there’s really no excuse not to get along for a fun filled day for everyone in the family.
