Black Pearl takes over The Rook
The Rook on York St, in the heart of Sydney’s CBD will swap bartenders with the renowned mixers down at the Black Pearl in Melbourne who are also finalists in the World Class World Cocktail Week competition. Fred Siggins, Lewis C Halls and Alan Raythorn will serve up their signature drinks for one night only on Tuesday 13th May from 7pm.
