Bronte Swimming Club Charity Day
On the 7th March Bronte Swimming Club are hosting “Pools for Prevention” Phil and Marie Hewitt in their quest to swim 1km in 60 ocean pools on the NSW coast.
Phil and Marie are raising money for Diabetes Type 1 Research, and have so far conquered 35 pools from Bermagui to Bulli.
From 9am, Club members and friends will swim a 1km relay event at Bronte Pool, alongside Phil and Marie.
Join us in the morning for a swim followed by a sausage sizzle at the south end of the beach.
To support the cause we are asking for a gold coin donation on the day.
