Calculated Colours Art Show @ SCH
The inspiration behind my work and the show with the Art Program at Sydney Children’s Hospital, Randwick comes from one of my great achievements, my first born daughter Amara. Amara was born with Cerebral Palsy and is profoundly disabled with her epilepsy causing her to spend a lot of time in the ICU. Amara’s disability has made me appreciate all my creative abilities and how lucky I am to have them. Her nickname is Mars, hence my alias Ramiro “MARS” Castel in honour of our little girl.
A large portion of all monies made from this showing will be donated to the Hospital.
