Forming part of Double Bay’s enviable line-up of world-class dining options, InterContinental Sydney Double Bay’s Stockroom restaurant will pay homage to the European tradition with a bespoke menu to welcome in Christmas, created by Executive Chef Julien Pouteau.

Using the best local and seasonal produce, the experience will feature a three-course menu designed for sharing, with dishes prepared using techniques such as curing, smoking, pickling, dehydrating and cooking using a robata grill.
