Contentment – a Meditation Day Course

On this day course with Buddhist nun Gen Kelsang Dao we will learn practical methods and Buddhist meditations that enable us to let go of attachment and find peace in our circumstances.

When our mind is free from distraction and craving we are able to enjoy its natural stillness and live in the present moment.

Life doesn’t always go to plan but through the practice of contentment we can learn to keep a happy mind in all situations.
