Coogee Diggers is running a 10 week Bootcamp (Mon 16 July – Sat 22 Sept), for $50 week you get 5 sessions per week & unlimited use of our fitness centre. Sessions include drills using Battle Ropes, Tyres, Sandbags, Barbells, Kettlebells, Medicine Balls etc… Also Running, Boxing & Bodyweight Exercises.
