In support of the Heart Foundation’s Go Red for Women Campaign, Titan Fitness Coogee is hosting a FREE Family Fun Day to educate and raise awareness on the number one killer of Australian women… Heart Disease.

The day will include FREE:

– Chiropractic consultations
– Mini massages
– Zumba, yoga and pilates demonstrations
– Face painting
– Health food tastings
– Raffles and giveaways
– $10 personal training sessions
– Jacob’s ladder challenge (as seen on The Biggest Loser)
