Feel Good Fete!

Mental Health Month is a useful reminder for all of us to think about our mental health and that of our family and friends. It’s also a good reason to get out there and have some fun! Join us for the Feel Good Fete on the 6th of October! The Junction Neighbourhood Centre has teamed up with Hope Uniting Church to host a fun filled fete packed with a free BBQ lunch, great coffee, kid’s activities, music and entertainment, yoga demonstrations, mental health information talks, nutrition and food demonstrations and dig into a gardening workshop. All are welcome. Bring the kids, family and teens!
