Food Fight

A collection of retro style Boxing posters with a food twist, currently on exhibition at Deus ex Machina Cafe in Camperdown.

Clovelly artist Russell Tate working under the banner Calico and Felt has produced typographical images each incorporating words relating to different aspects of food and cooking.

The colours are very muted and with old fashioned style lettering and slightly distressed printing techniques. They have the nostalgic look and feel of something out of the 1950’s.
