Graeme Murphy’s Swan Lake
The Australian Ballet’s most performed and most successful work, Graeme Murphy’s Swan Lake, has swept the world, reaping standing ovations and storms of tears in London, Paris, Tokyo, New York and Los Angeles. It now returns to Sydney for the first time since 2008 for a limited season at the Capitol Theatre from February 20-28.
This is a Swan Lake for the 21st century, charged with sensuality and heartbreak. Glittering ballrooms and a darkly sparkling lake, massed swans en pointe and a contemporary love triangle.
