Hop In To The Italian Kitchen & Bar!

The Italian Kitchen & Bar is celebrating Australia Day with a cheeky menu themed around one of our great national icons – the kangaroo!

Opening on Australia Day, January 26th, from 11am to 11pm, The Italian is offering a selection of kangaroo dishes with an Italian twist for just $17. Designed and prepared by celebrity chef Danny Russo and head chef Dave Magill, the aptly entitled ‘Skippy’s Last Stand’ menu is sure to please the palate while inspiring patriotism on our great National Day!

Guests can choose from the following dishes:

• Kangaroo saltimbocca, cherry & marsala
• Cured kangaroo fillet, pickled beetroot & melon
• Kangaroo tail ravioli in broth
• Fettucine al ragu kangaroo
• Roasted kangaroo fillet, fig, pancetta & radicchio
• Kangaroo involtini, crauti & smoked Provola

The menu is on offer from January 21st up until Australia Day on January 26th.
