Israel Camerata Jerusalem Orchestra
The Israel Camerata Jerusalem is the leading chamber orchestra in Israel today. The Camerata was founded in 1983 by Avner Biron, who has been its music director and permanent conductor since then. By intensive and inspiring work, he has brought the orchestra to the highest standard in Israeli musical life, and won worldwide recognition for it. Joining the Camerata is Israeli cellist Zvi Plesser.
