Jaye will be using The Sun Gong, the heart of our Universe. It brings great energy and healing with its radiance and power.
Through breath and movement we will open the body and relax the nervous system in preparation for the gong vibration. The sound vibrations of the Gong are deeply healing and restorative. They can shift blocks and open you to new ways of being.
