Kaldor Public Art Project 32: Jonathan Jones’ barrangal dyara (skin & bones)
Family Program

Indigenous and Kaldor Public Art Project Educators lead families on a fascinating tour through time, peeking into ancient Cadigal life by the harbour and the almost-forgotten dramatic history of the colonial Garden Palace. Participants will grind native grass seed, bake simple ‘bread’ and explore contemporary Indigenous art in Jonathan Jones’ installation barrangal dyara (skin and bones), before tasting their bread creations and planting kangaroo grass seed to take home.
