Loving Kindness Workshops

Loving kindness meditation practice enables us to express our altruistic motivation and dedication with authenticity and increasing wholeheartedness, by showing us first how to open to the unconditional love within ourselves and then how to extend this love to everyone else.

Meditating on loving kindness helps us restore our love and confidence, and heal any unresolved emotional wounds we may be carrying. It also puts us back in touch with the fundamental goodness of our core being, and once that has happened, we are able to love ourselves and others.

5 week course – open to all.
