Wednesday night drop in meditation and Buddhism classes taught by Buddhist nun Kelsang Lhachog from 7.30-9pm every Wednesday. These drop-in meditation classes explore different aspects of meditation and Buddhism each week. The classes are suitable for everyone and consist of guided meditations, teaching and discussion. Each class is self-contained so you can come any week. There is no need to book or bring anything, and everyone is welcome.
