Graham ‘Morph’ Morphett is one of the quiet achievers of international development who has changed countless lives. Rotary Australia World Community Service (RAWCS) helps Rotary clubs to pool their resources via deductible gift recipient status, logistics coordination for donated goods and coordination of relationships with international Rotary clubs and other NGOs.
