Silk Road Chang’an
The internationally renowned Shaanxi Folk Culture Troupe will enthral Sydney audiences with a feast of Chinese ethnic music for one night only at City Recital Hall on Saturday 8 February. The concert will feature a selection of Chinese ethnic masterpieces including Qing dynasty’s Style and Legend, Silk Road and Shaanxi local and Urgel ethnic music.
Shaanxi Folk Culture Troupe was founded in 2012 and works with director Mr Zhao Jiping, Chair of China Musicians’ Association and president of Xi’an Conservatory, and artistic advisor Mr Pu Dongsheng, honourable president of the Chinese Orchestra
