Stillery and Stockroom Pop Ups Announced

InterContinental Sydney Double Bay will reveal its Stillery gin bar and Stockroom destination restaurant by way of a pop-up, bringing the first floor offerings out into the street and recreating them in the hotel’s porte-cochere and entranceway. Festival-goers will have the chance to sample a tasting selection of creative gin-based cocktails from Stillery and dishes from Stockroom.
