The Gantry Wine Dinner Series

Celebrating the diversity of New South Wales produce, The Gantry Restaurant & Bar’s Wine Dinner Series, in collaboration with Black Star Pastry, will focus on the Orange region this month paired with Swinging Bridge Winery who will showcase their yield. The four-course set menu will match the wine on offer with seasonal harvest from within its locale. Teaming up with Sydney’s favourite patisserie; Black Star Pastry, a decadent menu will feature. Knowledge on provenance will be shared throughout the evening by Executive chef, Chris Irving, Black Star Pastry Chefs, Eddie Stewart and Samuel Yeo.
