Local underwater photographer Mark Tipple shot me through a link to his latest video recently.

Mark has been shooting underwater stills and video for a number of years now and he just keeps getting better.

This vid was shot a couple of weeks ago before the big winds and swell, and wet weather hit.

In Mark’s words: “When the predicted 40 knot winds hadn’t hit by midday, the ocean was still playful and inviting. An hour later the winds hit with heavy rain; playful and inviting it was not.”
