Enjoy the taste of wine but have no words to describe it? Feel left out when others seem more knowledgeable about the tipple at dinner? Take the mystery out of wine and learn the basics of wine tasting in this interactive, hands on session.

We will start with a brief history of wine and its production and then you’ll have the opportunity to sample sparkling, white and red wines from Australia.

This informal session explores the smells, tastes, textures of wine and ‘how to’ taste to provide you with the basic tools to assist you when selecting wine.
