How long have you lived here?
I’ve lived in Coogee for 28 years now.

What’s your favourite beach?
That would be Bondi; I was born and raised there and I think it’s definitely one of the best beaches in the world.

What’s your favourite eatery?
I like Darley Street Bistro on Clovelly Road or Dave’s Courtyard Cafe on Coogee Bay Road if I’m after some- thing a little less formal.

Where do you like to have a drink?
The Cloey, without a doubt, or for that special occasion it’s Ravesi’s in Bondi.

Do you have a favourite sporting team?
While my shop is in Kingsford in the heart of Rabbitohs territory I’ll always be a Rooster through and through.

What music are you into at the moment?
I listen to the The Killers, Mumford & Sons and for something a little older I like Roxy Music, Mott The Hoople or The Bonzo Dog Doo-Dah Band.

Who is your favourite person?
That would have to be Dan Wooley, my shop manager. He has the patience of a saint and he even puts up with me!

What do you get up to on the weekends?
My weekends usually consist of some school sport with my youngest son William, finished off with a couple of cleansing ales on Sunday evening at the Bronte Surf Club.

What do you do for work?
I have a swimming pool business in Kingsford called Scott Bros. Poolmart. This year is actually our 32nd year of trading.

What’s your favourite thing about your work?
I genuinely enjoy meeting people and having a chat. Anybody that knows me will tell you that I could talk for Australia!

Do you have a favourite quote?
“You will never see a Chubb safe in the back of a hearse” and “Let the person who has never sinned cast the first stone.”
