Debbie has lived in Bondi Junction for two years. She’s a farm girl at heart, having grown up on 500 acres of property near Cooma. Debbie works with people to create health, happiness and well-being in their lives through ‘detoxing their mind’ – changing their current conditioning, mindset, habits and behaviours, and breaking through any fears and beliefs that are preventing them from moving forward. Debbie shares her local favourites with The Beast…

Favourite Beach: Camp Cove. It’s a nightmare to get to but that filters out most of the tourists.

Eatery: I love a long lunch at Fratelli Paradiso. Definitely my favourite eatery in Sydney.

Watering Hole: The Wine Library. Great wine, friendly staff and their stracchino and black truffle quesadilla is to die for.

Sporting Team: My interest in sport is almost non-existent.

Person: Tony Robbins is the finest human behaviour expert on the planet.

Weekend Activity: Weekends consist of heading out for breakfast or a quiet wine with friends, jogging through Centennial Park with my dog or lazing at home reading the papers.

Quote: “An investment in knowledge pays the best interest.” – Benjamin Franklin

Favourite Thing About Work: Being there when someone has their ‘ah ha’ moment, where their whole perspective on a situation changes, and being the one who helped facilitate that.

Final Word: Health, happiness and well-being starts in the mind – if you are not seeing results in your life it’s time to detox your mind. Change your mind and you change your life.
