Scott has lived in Bondi for a couple of years now after his influential girlfriend convinced him to move from the Western Suburbs to ‘God’s Country’. Scott is a local licensed plumber and renovator and runs his own business called Don’t Risk It Plumbing. Scott shares his local favourites with The Beast…

Favourite Beach: Bronte – great beach for a surf and an awesome park to catch up with friends and chill.

Eatery: Gelbison in Bondi for great Italian food, and I can’t go past a burrito at Beach Burrito Co. in summer.

Watering Hole: Honestly, I like nothing better than hanging out at my pad, sitting on the balcony enjoying the view over Bondi with a cold beer.

Sporting Team: The Parramatta Eels… tragic. Followed closely by the Roosters, of course!

Music: Anything on Nova 96.9. I laugh my arse off at Merrick, Dools and Monty. Or Ray Hadley and the Continuous Call Team. Does that count as music?

Person: My lady-friend.

Weekend Activity: An afternoon surf and having absolutely nothing else to do.

Quote: “Chuck Norris once ordered a Big Mac at Burger King. And got one.”

Favourite Thing About Your Work: Having the ability to be my own boss, doing something different almost every day and knocking off early for a surf on Friday.
