In the wake of yet another gun massacre in the United States, I thought a video about the very nature of gun love in parts of that particular country might be somewhat appropriate.

In Kennesaw, a small American town in the state of Georgia, a good citizen is an armed citizen. By law, since 1982, each head of household must own at least one working firearm with ammunition. This is a film about that town.

It is places like this that make me glad I live in Australia. We may be behind the US when it comes to marriage equality, but in terms of gun control we’re a long way in front.
