Filmmaker Riley Blakeway used to live in Bondi. I’m not sure where he’s actually from, but he makes some pretty sweet flicks. These days, you could definitely call him a citizen of the world.

While he focuses on surf, he exhibits bucket-loads of artistic flair and his edits really are a pleasure on the eye.

Today’s video was filmed on location in New Zealand and Australia, and it was shot with the intention of utilising only available light within the hours of dawn and dusk, over a month spent with surfers Chippa Wilson, Dion Agius and Nate Tyler.

It made the official selection for 2015 REDirect surf film festival.
