Since having a baby just over 5 weeks ago, the commodity that is sleep has become far more valuable to me than iron ore is to the Chinese.

There are few better people at summing up a situation and putting it to music than Tim Minchin.

Mr Minchin has been spending the last couple of months living down at Bronte beach, toning his rig under the tutelage of East Side Crew’s Troy Stewart. He also gets his coffee down at Cafe Salina and I’ve had the pleasure of meeting him on a number of occasions now – good bloke.

Anyhoo, this little lullaby goes out to all the parents out there. Be sure to listen all the way through. It really is a piece of gold.
