Every week I search through a heap of short films of Vimeo, YouTube and Facebook in attempt to find interesting content for the Video of the Week.

Sports videos are always good, particularly surfing and skate videos (due to their relevance to the local area). While they’re great to watch, one thing is for sure: you notice a bit of a formula.

The team behind today’s Video of the Week have certainly noticed said formula and they’ve set about taking the piss out of the extreme sports videos that exhibit the formulas tell-tale signs.

While this video features mountain biking, it applies to pretty much all extreme sports ‘edits’.

I reckon it’s pretty funny. Let us know what you think. “Sail!”
