5 Australian Distillers will be joining us for the evening – Mark Watkins, Botanic Australis (QLD), Craig Thompson, Loch Brewery & Distillery (Vic),Ian Glen, Stone Pine Distillery (NSW), William McHenry (TAS), and Marcel, Jesse and Griffin from the newest Sydney Distillery, Poor Tom’s Gin.
