Newtown Hotel’s Meat meets Whisky

Newtown Hotel’s restaurant upstairs at The Animal will take on a ‘Meat meets Whisky’ theme from the 6th – 13th May. A selection of meat inspired cocktails will celebrate the matrimony between meat and liquor and show how unique flavours complement one another. Bone-luged short serves of Bulleit Bourbon ($10) and a Gumbo Old-Fashioned ($18) will be on the menu all week alongside a Bone Marrow Toastie ($10).
