Yoga For Seniors 55+ years

These yoga classes are a great opportunity to get back into or start doing yoga for the 1st time – they are aimed at people 55 + years . The focus is on flexibility, strength, breathing and quietening the mind and the classes are suitable for a variety of flexibility and experience level – just require a positive frame of mind . We have alternatives for most of the poses to suit any body

Everything is provided – just turn up in loose cool clothing – we practice in bare feet so shoes to slip on and off are a good idea

The Classes are every Tuesday 11:00 am – 12:00 and Thursday 9:15 – 10:15
