AFTRS Open Young Filmmakers Bootcamp
The AFTRS Open Young Filmmakers Bootcamp, held in conjunction with Centennial Parklands, is for young people aged between 9-12 years.
In five days teams of young filmmakers will write, plan, shoot, edit and screen a short film. This fun and engaging program will enable young people to create a story of their own and apply the skills and knowledge learnt to create their film.
The Bootcamp will be held in the Learning Centre of one of Australia’s most iconic filming locations; Centennial Parklands which has been proud to be the location for many high profile films including The Great Gatsby.
$695 (Early Bird 10% discount applied) $765 (full fee). Price includes all filmmaking equipment including cameras, computers, tripods, editing facilities, qualified teachers, and on the last day a sausage sizzle to celebrate the completion of the films.
