CrossFit S 6 Week Spring Challenge

CrossFit S in Coogee will be starting their annual 6 Week Spring Challenge on Monday 14th October.
The CFS outdoor program is a little different than others. We offer either a “Traditional CrossFit Program” or CrossFit Endurance Program”. Both outdoor programs are planned and structured around a 6-week training cycle with specific performance based outcomes planned. In your 1-on-1 goal setting meeting we prescribe the best program that suits your goals and needs.
Training is 5 days a week at Coogee beach from 6am – 7am.
