Up – Fireys – To all the firemen who put their lives on the line fighting bushfires every summer (and spring these days), we salute you.

Down – Arsonists – Lock them up for life. Anyone stupid enough to start a bushfire should burn in the bowels of hell.

Up – The Festive Season – It’s going to be a bloody big month of Christmas parties and the like but we think we’re just about ready for it.

Down – Racial Violence – Bashing a bunch of people for no reason is bad enough; doing it because they’re Jewish is unacceptable.

Up – Carols By Candlelight – Regardless of your faith, belting out Christmas carols under the stars is incredibly cathartic.

Down – Smoke Inhalation – It’s not as bad as having your house burnt to a cinder but all this bushfire smoke is still bloody annoying.

Up – Balmy Nights – Alfresco dining, beer gardens and backyard parties are so much better on a balmy night.

Down – Paleo Diets – Sure, they’re great for shaving off kilos quick smart, but is life without carbohydrates really worth living?

Up – Online Christmas Shopping – Thank god we won’t have to traipse around Westfield Bondi Junction this festive season.

Down – Election Fines – Copped a $100+ fine in the mail for not voting in a state or local election. What a crock of horse shit.
