Inner Peace Meditation Day Course

The teacher is Kelsang Lhachog, the Resident Teacher of Mahasiddha Kadampa Meditation Centre. She presents Buddha’s teachings with clarity, warmth and sincerity, skilfully guiding people from all walks of life to find inner peace and lasting happiness.
