Anney has lived in Randwick for three years, right near Centennial Park. She also lived in Maroubra for ten years after moving from Warragul, Victoria. Anney finds unclaimed funds and assists the rightful owner to claim the money that they never received. Anney shares her local faves with The Beast…

Favourite Beach: Tamarama, but it’s been a long time since I had the body to be seen there! After I’ve finished Shannon Ponton’s upcoming 8-week challenge I plan to flounder in a rip at Bondi and get rescued by Harries.

Eatery: Svens Viking Pizza – best ever and Sven himself has even delivered to our house when he’s been short-staffed.

Watering Hole: I don’t really have one as I’ve given up alcohol for a bit, so I’m getting lots of coffees from Parc on Clovelly Road instead.

Sporting Team: I hate rugby league (sorry but I’m a Victorian brought up on aerial ping-pong). I don’t follow any team these days but I like perving on the Sydney Swans.

Music: Any songs by Whitney Houston (RIP), Aretha Franklin, Michael Bolton, Andrea Bocelli and Il Divo.

Person: My daughter Annika and my partner Matt. They are both fantastic and I love them very much.

Weekend Activity: Paddington Markets, picnics at McKell Park in Darling Point, and the movies on Sunday afternoon at the Entertainment Quarter.

Quote: I guess that would be something I’m always tellingmy daughter: “The best job in the world is being your mum.”

Favourite Thing About Your Work: That it’s a win/win situation as my clients have their forgotten funds returned to them and I receive a percentage for my efforts.

Final Word: I absolutely love reading The Beast and trying out all the places mentioned in it.
